Weight Loss with Metabolic Balance is an extensively researched, personalised 3-month weight-loss programme. Weight Loss Programmes with Metabolic Balance is unique. It is designed to reset your metabolism and have you burning fats, proteins and carbohydrates efficiently so you can lose weight. There are 4 Phases:


  • Phase 1 lasts 2 days and is a cleanse that prepares your body for the changes that are to come over the next weeks.

I will support you with recipe ideas and meal suggestions and coaching. You start to lose weight and notice other health benefits, such as more energy, better sleep, clearer skin.
  • Phase 3 lasts until you reach your desired weight. It is a more relaxed phase, in that more foods are introduced, guided by me, and you are encouraged to have a treat meal once a week!
  • Phase 4 is the maintenance phase when adjustments are made within the Metabolic Balance framework, so that you can maintain your weight loss.

The cost for the 3-month programme is £1150. The price includes the blood test at the beginning of the programme and is repeated at the end.
